PULSE owns the Google Calendar events for recurring leadership meetings. Edit attendees, time, or description here and click Sync to push to Google. Every invite includes a PULSE deep-link per attendee so the briefing opens from the calendar event.

One-time admin action
PULSE pushes these meetings as kevin@freedomgp.com via domain-wide delegation. Do this once in Google Admin, then sync works forever:
- Google Admin → Security → API Controls → Domain-wide delegation.
- Add the
pulse-authservice account client ID with OAuth scopehttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar. - Also add
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonlynow so Meet transcript ingestion works when we ship that layer. - In Admin → Apps → Google Workspace → Google Meet → Meet video settings, turn on Recording and Transcripts at the top OU and set the default to auto-record for every meeting (company-wide).
- Come back here and click Sync all.
